Starting KaDeck Desktop (on Linux, Mac, Win)

This article covers how to start KaDeck on the various operating systems.


Untar the linux.tar.gz file and navigate to the folder where the KaDeck file is located. Run the following command from your terminal inside the folder:


Windows / Mac OS

Unzip the / file and double click on the executable.


Startup parameters and log output

Startup parameters can be useful if you want to increase the memory that is available for KaDeck's java backend process.
